Shipping & Delivery will take approximately 30 business days or sooner (Please note these do not include weekends & holidays). Most products are IN-STOCK while special & new items are pre-order.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for production delays, out of stock items or delivery errors or delays.
Due to the high demand of items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may SELL OUT before a certain item is processed.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation period for ordinary goods is 24 hours. Unless you cancel your order within 24 hours after full payment has been made, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Dogus Cabakcor will be completed.
To cancel your order, you must notify us of your decision by email shop@cabakcor.com using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address. Any cancellation after the 24 hours period stated above will not be cancelled.
Custom made orders are not subject to cancellation.
Your refund may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
2. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of them item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 2 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• We only issue Coupon for the returned items. We don’t issue refunds. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for our team to process your return credit.
• Shipping fee belongs to customer.
• Custom made Dogus Cabakcor t-shirts cannot offer a refund unless it is found to be faulty. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece.

3. DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email shop@cabakcor.com and include:
1. Your order number

4. Your request and most importantly
5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
